On Sept. 18, Art Club Adviser Mr. Savaglio took a small group of Art Club students to Pita Jungle in Tempe where he hangs artwork in as part of his second job as an Art Curator. The club members had a discussion about the artist whose artwork was hanging in the restaurant and the students “did a wonderful job of helping me place and hang several paintings,” Mr. Savaglio said. The after school extra-curricular optional field trip was designed as a “careers in art” enrichment activity.
