Mrs. Wysocki is the newest teacher at Tempe Prep. She has a fun side to her that many of us really do not know about. She has a passion for soccer and hopes to be able to coach.
Currently, she is happily married and has two dogs: Rosco and Lady. She has Netflix and Hulu and one of her favorite TV shows is The Office. She says that, “You will always find me with a book at home to read” and that she “loves to cook.”
Mrs. Wysocki’s husband works as a resident internal medicine doctor at Banner, and Mrs. Wysocki teaches sixth grade social studies and homeroom. For those that do not know, Mrs. Wysocki took over for Mrs. Vorst, because Mrs. Vorst had a baby. Mrs. Wysocki plans to teach at Tempe Prep next year, and maybe for years after. She says that when she took over for Mrs. Vorst she “wanted to keep things as consistent as possible.”
Before Mrs. Wysocki came to teach at Tempe Prep, she lived in Indiana, where she met her husband. In Indiana she taught for six years, ranging from middle to high students. A new job opportunity and a leap of faith led Mrs. Wysocki and her husband to Arizona. Her husband has family in Arizona that he had visited, but Mrs. Wysocki had never been here.
Mrs. Wysocki is sure to be a great addition to Tempe Prep’s amazing staff.
