Taking a test is never easy. It’s even harder when you are judged and there are at least a dozen people watching you. Classics Club faced this challenge by entering two major competitions. They did great in both. At the first tournament, they even managed to win third place in the group category. These competitions have multiple categories that can be entered solo or as a duo.

Their performance in the tournament reflects on how much they enjoy the club. According to club advisor Dr Riesbeck, even if the kids knew all the answers they would have lost. The other team had a pair of students who answered questions as soon as they were asked. That will not knock them down.

The competition is set up as a quiz bowl. Students have buzzers set in front of them. Then they click on them and answer a question. You can also enter individual categories. Each gives you an opportunity to win an award.

The Classics Club is excited they get to participate in events like this. You can support them by joining the club and adding on with your own knowledge of the classics.
